I am sure a lot of people have visited "POLAR BEAR" the friendly cute ice cream parlor. But I was delighted to see this wonderfully designed and uplifted look of a new POLAR BEAR near another well known ice cream place called - Cream Stone. I have been to Cream Stone a few times and have loved their ice-cream combinations ( even though I am not an ice-cream person .. yeah I know its little weird). :) And this cute POLAR BEAR opened just two /three shops away from Cream Stone. And both of them are a good competition for each other. They should help us consumers by reducing their prices :) . But there is no doubt about the kind of ice-creams  they provide. I tried this ice-cream pizza and loved it. And its actually orgasmic to look at this picture. #foodporn

Truthfully speaking I have not eaten anything else here apart from the one and only- "Hearty Oriental Bowl". Its called the soul warming bowl and I agree to it. I have gotten addicted to it in some way :). You can choose one from each category and come up with a wonderful looking bowl of yummy food. Rice or Noodles : I chose Noodles Schezwan or Hakka Style : I chose Schezwan Soupy or Dry :  Soupy is the one Veg or Chicken or Meat or Sea Food : Chicken , my love :) Sauce type : Hunan or pekking or hongkong or blackbean or sweet n sour or Spicy Basil sauce : I chose Spicy Basil Sauce Stir Fried Veggies or crispy chilly potato : Potato , you are the one :) The guys in JP Nagar would take around 20 to 30 minutes to prepare the whole thing and I tell you, its worth the wait. Went to this lovely cute newly opened place in Sarjapur right after our work on a Monday 👍👍. This place I believe would be a game for the old time  player " Big Brewesky ". They have similar outside sitting arrangements with colourful furniture and a pool in the middle. There were some fishes but I guess not the same number as "Big Brewesky". As expected there were mosquitoes, but the staff members were very friendly and helpful. They would instantly put some mosquito coils on multiple sides. The BEER was nice and they had around 5-6 types of freshly brewed beer. I ordered the blonde. Food was amazing. Ordered mostly Asian ones and was as expected- juicy and moderately hot and spicy. The 153 Biere Street was an absolute bliss. Although the roads nearby were bumpy and not tarred , but the moment you enter the so called "Street" one can see the stark change in the environment and the mood.  The place has a very western outlook and most of the people visiting there were mostly not Indians ( really not sure the reason behind it ). So for the love of beer I headed towards Biere Club and ordered the days' special. This Biere club is exactly the same as the one in Lavelle Road . The food and the drinks menu. There are mosquito problems here because most of the seating arrangements are outside and they had a screen playing sports depending on the season. I was wondering around in Kalyan Nagar with mum after a hair cut :) and was  in search of a nice cute place to spend some quiet time together. We were wondering in that Kalyan Nagar area and saw this line of eateries on the road. This small place somehow gave out a welcoming vibe and we got dragged in :) There is an AC section and a non-AC section. Very nice menu with lovely mocktails and pan-european dishes. I ordered a "margherita pizza" and " Abi's Crush" ( mocktail ). Below are the pictures of it.

This is a new place which opened just few months ago. I was also delighted because its close to my house. Since I could not wait long, and I  headed towards Brewklyn as soon as possible. The first time I went was a weekday and had sparse crowd. Its a large place from inside, has a pool table and a different smoking zone.  I saw the menu and got excited seeing " Bhut Jolokia Pork" . Bhut jolokia is the hottest chilly in India. Not sue if it is still the hottest chilly in the world, because there are other chilies that got discovered which are hotter than Bhut Jolokia. Moreover, Bhut Jolokia has come from Nagaland, India. Now I ordered this dish and loved it. I ordered for a beer too. The second time I went there, I got a free beer. :) . So here is the trick. Upload a picture of the food and drink you consumed in your last visit in ZOMATO and show it to the waiter or manager there. They will check and confirm and serve you a chilled beer according to your choice. H...

Oh this is a lovey and a huge place. There are fishes, beautiful fishes in the pond ( artificial )which is right at the center of the establishment. Also, when you look at the building from the outside, it totally gives you a rough and rustic look which would give you the illusion that it might not be that great a place. But , when you enter and you see the grand building with the lighted pond right in the middle and orange coloured fishes , feel the breeze on your cheeks, you will  get goose bumps on your skin ( mine happened the first time I went there) and finally fall in love with that place. There are multiple types of seating arrangements there. Few are just beside the pool. Couples can have a very nice time there. There are seating arrangements done on the first floor, ground floor and also at the open area. The beers are awesome there if you like draught beer. These guys were kind of the first micro-brewery which opened in Bangalore. It was around 2006-2007  or 2008 that they opened. I did not think it would be so huge from the inside unless you enter it. And long ago, I personally had never tasted freshly brewed beer. And when this came , it was like heavenly beer. 👱 The love of the golden liquid just increased multi-fold when this TOIT opened. People here call it T-O-I-T but I guess it should be more pronounced like Tuã. Well I just visited this place yesterday so thought of sharing some pictures and stuff. I have been there multiple times though, and every time I end up being at the bar standing and holding a beer, or again  beside the bar sitting and holding a beer. But when on a weekday and in the afternoon, it was pretty cool that there were less and people and the managers there actually care for you to have a nice time and ask you for any assistance. Yeah this is the name of the place - " One night in Bangkok". 😊 Trust me I have been there twice and I tried only papaya salad. They taste great and you should also try out this place. In the late evenings, it turns out like a pub scene and they start charging people ( basically men ) to enter the place and some basic dress code to be maintained. There is a matured crowd and decent music , mostly 70's and 80's music.  But the place is quite small and the DJ sits at an elevated level. This was again a place which gave us a wonderful surprise. I had checked out this place in Zomato and found very nice comments and feedback. I got curious and planned to spend some time there trying out new food and drinks. When me and friends entered this place, it did not have that classy look and not very posh look too. They had limited menu too. For example, there were only two desserts. Drinks in the menu looked interesting so me and my friends tried out couple of it. There were some colourful shooters which we could not find in the menu but saw that other people had ordered. We got curious and asked the waiter to get the same thing for us too. This was a blissful experience for me , my friend and my brother. We entered early on a weekend and they allowed us to enter without a cover charge. Got a decent place to sit near the bar in the dining area. There were huge statues of Buddha ( or some one who looked like💭 ) surrounding us. You get the best sushi there but with a price to pay. We ordered salmon sushi and was amazed by how wonderful it tasted. In the late hours the club started becoming active and lots of beautiful people started swarming in and we were surprised by how the entire club changed its look. There was a terrace kind of place where people could smoke and talk too.

I have visited this place twice till now. One of the main reason is because it is right opposite to my office. Second , it is a decent place and they have these exclusive beers  like BIRA blonde and white, and KINGS beer ( which we find in Goa ). They have a list of imported beers ranging from 300 INR to 400 INR . The local beers were cheaper from 130 to 200 INR. I have tried their shooters too. The food there is good and I have mostly tried non-vegetarian food : like chicken wings etc. Below are some pictures of the food there. Apologies, the picture quality is not that great.
