Beer and Food : TOIT, Indiranagar , Bangalore
These guys were kind of the first micro-brewery which opened in Bangalore. It was around 2006-2007 or 2008 that they opened. I did not think it would be so huge from the inside unless you enter it.
And long ago, I personally had never tasted freshly brewed beer. And when this came , it was like heavenly beer. 👱
The love of the golden liquid just increased multi-fold when this TOIT opened.
People here call it T-O-I-T but I guess it should be more pronounced like Tuã.
Well I just visited this place yesterday so thought of sharing some pictures and stuff.
I have been there multiple times though, and every time I end up being at the bar standing and holding a beer, or again beside the bar sitting and holding a beer.
But when on a weekday and in the afternoon, it was pretty cool that there were less and people and the managers there actually care for you to have a nice time and ask you for any assistance.
They had these weekly or monthly papers on the table. Since I was waiting for some of my friends to come , I started reading the paper ( kind of a digest ) , and was interesting. The first page was an interview of one of their waiters. They seem to be very nicely treated and well fed. Felt good about it.
However, yesterday I had a TOIT special Steak, Belgian White beer, and BBQ chicken pizza.
I was very hungry and the steak looked mouth-watering and I could not take a picture of it before I could jump on it.
Rest of the pictures are old pictures.
